How often should my yard be treated?

For best results, we recommend semi-annual pre-emergent applications (fall and early spring) with quarterly post-emergent spot treatments in between. Our Seasonal Protection plan handles this schedule automatically so you don't have to think about it.

What's the difference between pre-emergent and post-emergent treatment?

Pre-emergent herbicides create a barrier in the soil that prevents weed seeds from germinating. Post-emergent herbicides target and kill weeds that are already growing. A complete weed control program uses both.

Are your treatments safe for pets and children?

Yes. All our herbicides are EPA-approved and safe for pets and children once dry, which typically takes 30 to 60 minutes after application. We'll let you know exactly when it's safe to return to your yard.

Do you offer free estimates?

Absolutely. Every new customer gets a free, no-obligation property assessment and quote. We can often provide estimates using satellite imagery, so we don't always need to visit in person first.

What if weeds come back between treatments?

Our Seasonal Protection and Commercial plans include free re-treatments. If weeds appear between your scheduled visits, just contact us and we will come back at no additional cost.

Do I need to sign a long-term contract?

No. Our Seasonal Protection plan is billed quarterly, but you can cancel at any time with no penalties or cancellation fees.

How quickly can you schedule service?

We offer same-week service for most locations in the Phoenix metro area. During peak weed season (late winter and monsoon season), we recommend booking a few days in advance.

Can you treat rock and gravel yards?

Yes. Desert landscaping with rock and gravel is one of our specialties. We apply treatments that penetrate gravel beds and prevent weeds from taking hold between stones.

Do you handle commercial properties and HOAs?

We do. We offer custom commercial weed management plans for HOA communities, retail centers, office parks, and industrial properties. Commercial clients get a dedicated account manager and compliance documentation.

We accept all major credit cards, ACH bank transfers, Venmo, and Zelle. Commercial clients can also request net-30 invoicing.
